Being a Fredericksburg Host Lions Club Member

3rd Vice President: David Cropper

The Fredericksburg Host Lions Club was chartered on November 24, 1938. Since that time, our members have served our community in a multitude of ways.

On a regular basis, we provide sight and hearing screenings and help those who cannot afford exams, glasses, and hearing aids. We support local schools and students with supplies, meals, scholarships, a peace poster contest, and a music scholarship.

We volunteer at local organizations like the Rappahannock Regional Food Bank and Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters.

We sponsor a Leo Club at James Monroe High School. We help fund camps for children with diabetes and hearing loss. We contribute funds to organizations that support those with vision and hearing impairment, as well as other organizations providing needed services in our community.
